Jay Jorgensen, Chief Operating Officer - eX² Technology
Jay Jorgensen, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of eX² Technology, has held operations and executive management roles within the telecommunications and security industries for more than 25 years. He is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by bringing complex network construction and technology projects to completion, on time and within budget.
Jay oversees strict adherence to eX²’s contract specifications and stringent safety and quality standards. Jay is responsible for eX²’s employee development efforts aimed at keeping team members highly engaged to ensure complete customer support. He assists in coordinating resources, managing contract activities and provides guidance to the Operations team.
Prior to eX² Technology, Jay was the Vice President of Operations for G4S Technology after its acquisition of Adesta, LLC where he was Regional Manager Midwest. Jay started his career at MFS Network Technologies as a Contracts Manager, then Business Manager until it became Adesta, LLC.
Jay received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
